I did not arrive at ECLAT as a director. I built the foundations the office sat upon. Across company formation, intellectual property, strategy, brand, property, technology and major project delivery, my fiduciary role was embedded in the creation and development of the business itself. Carrying responsibility not simply for governance, but for the ideas, systems and execution that gave ECLAT its identity, direction and value.

I held office within ECLAT (Eclat Corporation pty ltd | Eclat IP pty ltd) since incorporating the company, after developing the business proposition as a sole trader operating ECLAT CREATIVE between 2013 and 2020; where the originating ECLAT IP was created. I approached office as a significant responsibility. The many disciplines required to create ECLAT were each demanding in their own right, reflecting the breadth, complexity and ambition of the substantial vision that I set out to realise many years ago. Each carried the same principle: those entrusted with building and leading an organisation should remain accountable to the integrity of what is being created.
My responsibilities as a Director extended across the full scope of governance, from market strategy, legal and regulatory compliance, ethical stewardship and team leadership to stakeholder relations, risk management and long-term planning. Beneath the product, the fit-out, the brand and the systems, however, there was always a larger ambition: to build a proud and principled institution whose value was measured not by its performance, design or technology, but by the quality of what it contributed:
To its employees, its partners, its customers, its industry and to the broader marketplace: a brand that championed an incredible and memorable ethos. That was the standard that I ultimately saw ECLAT being measured. My objective was to create something truly beautiful, important, meaningful, brilliant and lasting. I believe that institutions and companies that succeed should deserve to.
I was removed from office as a director of Eclat Corporation & Eclat IP on Friday 4th September 2026.
As I proceed towards the next stage of my career, I will increasingly advocate for ethical corporate governance practices, lawful duties of company directors, responsible employer conduct, for safe workplace conditions for all Australians, for accountability and accessible justice.
