Australia has spent twenty years learning to ask "are you OK?"  But nothing has been built for the person whose honest answer costs them their job, their health or their reputation. When speaking up about injury, safety or wrongdoing triggers retaliation, workers face years of process against systems that are slow by design, unaffordable to challenge, psychologically damaging, and insured on only one side of the table. We have a system where the employer's defence is a claim and a manageable tax deductible business expense; while the worker's is everything they have, their dignity, their savings, their careers; and sometimes their lives.
 

DONE TALKING is being raised to promote long overdue reforms. Such as  legal-expense protections and insurance products for workers, a fitting end to incentivised claim denial, a real Whistleblower Protection Authority, reforming section 570 of the Fair Work Act; restricting NDAs across all workplace harm, and banning insurance coverage against work-safety fines; as the national WHS review recommended and every safety minister has since agreed.

Every reform championed by a unified brand with a powerful message, until they each become law;  as an independent Australian not-for-profit in formation.
