INDUSTRY AWARDS — ECLAT COWORKING & FORME DESIGN

AS JUDGED BY
THE INDUSTRY

Between 2023 and 2025, the work behind Eclat coworking Melbourne and Forme Design earned ten industry honours across interiors, furniture, technology and workplace design — recognition spanning the Good Design Awards, the Australian Interior Design Awards, Better Future's Melbourne Design Awards and the World Design Awards. Every award on this page belongs to work documented on this site.

We are honoured that between 2023 and 2025, the work behind ECLAT coworking Melbourne and FORME DESIGN earned ten industry awards — from the Good Design Awards to the Australian Interior Design Awards and the World Design Awards. None of it was earned alone. These honours belong equally to the brilliant partners, consultants and craftspeople who carried the work with me.

The work recognised on this page was was carried by a professional cast that, laid end to end, tells you what it actually takes to build something like ECLAT.

Across brand and creative: Zita Fernandez, Mara Tonetti, Viktoriya Sreda, SPGD, Gallies and Artline, who took a creative direction and returned it sharper. Across digital: Exo Digital, who built the award-winning Eclat App alongside me, with Stone Digital and AWD Digital shaping the web platforms. Across business systems: Tech Sapiens and Next Level Coworking, who helped bend a CRM into a working model of the business. Across technology and the building itself: Elec Reid, Invotech, Affinity Blue, Access Hardware, Oretta, and the infrastructure of Cisco and FujiFilm behind them. And across interior design: Mark Miller — co-founder of Forme, whose craft sits in every chair and desk these awards touched.

Directing that many disciplines by myself at once is its own discipline. Every one of these firms was briefed, coordinated and held to a single standard; and I am honored to have had the responsibility to direct, lead and contribute as a partner to the output. I'll say plainly what the certificates and awards don't: this work was achieved under severe pressure, restricted human and fiscal resources, compressed timelines, and workloads that never respected safety.

The results earned the industry's highest recognitions anyway, which is why these awards mean more to me than the metal and paper they're printed on. So this page is not a trophy cabinet. It's a thank-you note. To everyone who stood behind me and beside me, who answered the late calls, worked with the changes, and cared about the millimetres.

To have created something so meaningful regardless of such difficulty, and lasting it out: that's what these awards truly acknowledge. I believe institutions that succeed should deserve to, and so should the people who build them, lead them, and who actually do the work.
