Eclat seeks to deliver a truly integrated digital experience within its hospitality-infused workspaces. Exo Digital was tasked to work closely with Eclat to create a customized, hospitality-focused, customer-centric application that is unique within the market. It's UI/UX is aligned with the greater family of Eclat brands, driving the objectives of the business, supporting day-to-day operations, and enabling their vision of a radically different approach to coworking spaces. Design is at the core of this development showcasing the unique offering of Eclat.
The development of a mobile application that heightens the physical environment of their offering, with a visual style that has uniformity with the interior design language of their space, and in alignment with other digital touchpoints being developed. An app that could perform nearly everything that their members would require when it comes to work.
A digital concierge innovatively integrating hospitality-derived functionality seamlessly into the ecosystem; a digital food and beverage ordering system and menu enabling room service to meet rooms, offices, and tables alike. And a pre-paid catering menu variation specific to events and hosted meeting room experiences at the time of reservation/booking.
With a scalable design to enable multi-location easily in the future, both nationally and internationally. Observing the need to support progressive updates, the addition of new features and APIs, to expand the app with time.
Eclat means “To be brilliant” and this is at the core of their offering. The quality of the technological deployment is a critical success factor to support the "above and beyond" expectations of their clientele.
As the way we work, live, and play changes with the world around us, new norms demand a bold approach to the future of office spaces. Eclat strives to onboard all supportive elements typically surrounding the traditional office into a single seamless operation; an end-to-end experience unified by brand and design-led discipline across all touchpoints; digital, hospitality, event, wellness, accommodation and facilities management.
With a UI kit and design system built specifically for Eclat, Exo Digital provided Figma components, text styles, motion guidelines, and colour palette to allow designers to work faster and provide a way for Eclat to iterate design into the future across additional platforms and touchpoints.
The Eclat mobile application effectively represents its ethos of hospitality and design. We have created a seamless user experience that is like no other co-working space application. Eclat members have a unique booking system in their smart devices that gives them complete control over the Eclat environment, infusing a curated co-working experience with hospitality and community at its heart.

Available on both iOS and Android phones, allowing guests to access physical environments using their device's digital keys. Members of Eclat can manage their accounts, and order food and beverages directly to their offices or a meeting room, all of which are added to the member's account. The member has a choice to pay immediately via a credit card gateway, add the services to their monthly account, or utilize pre-paid credits often assigned by their employer.

Meeting rooms and other services can be booked via the app and any hospitality requirements such as catering is booked in advance. The Eclat team and concierge provide the requested service, which is completely managed by the application. The fusion between the office environment and the delivery of hospitality elements allows business owners to focus on growing their businesses.
The Eclat APP is available to Eclat members on both iOS and Android. With a scalable design, observing the need to support progressive updates, the addition of new features and API’s, to expand upon existing functionality as Eclat launches new locations and adds new branded amenities, such as accommodation and wellness centres. The app was only one layer of the wider Eclat concept.
